You may return any item purchased from Twirly Bird Away for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will be happy to offer you a refund upon return of item. Please be sure to return all the contents listed for your product size.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail/courier, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must receive the return within the 30 day period.
